Maurie Markman, M.D. is the Vice President for Clinical Research at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center located in Houston, Texas. On June 6, 2008, Dr. Markman moderated an expert panel discussion entitled, “Recognizing and Overcoming Challenges in the Treatment of Recurrent Ovarian Cancer.” The panel discussion was recorded as a Continuing Medical Education (CME) webcast. The two doctors participating in the panel discussion with Dr. Markman are (i) William P. McGuire, MD, the Medical Director of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Cancer Institute at the Franklin Square Hospital Center, located in Baltimore, Maryland, and (ii) Robert L.
